TECH DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
The Academy for Automotive Professionals has a six-program service tech series that will help your
entry-level techs quickly advance to front-line techs.
Each of these Tech Development Programs will take place one day each month and will follow a
designated sequence. Your employees will learn a new job during each month, returning to the
dealership ready to perform that new job and start adding additional profits to the bottom line.
