There’s nothing that tops the joy experienced by children on Christmas morning.
The smiles on their faces as they unwrap gifts can warm the coldest of
Winter days. As well all know, there are plenty of parents out there who
struggle to make ends meet. And for some, it makes it nearly impossible
to provide those gifts for their children. That’s where the U.S. Marine
Corps Reserve’s Toys for Tots campaign comes in.
For the eleventh consecutive year, the dealer members of the Metro
Atlanta Automobile Dealers Association proudly supported the Toys for
Tots effort, functioning as collection sites for toy donations. Thousands of
toys were collected across the 18-county Metro Atlanta area, which helped
to spread the holiday cheer to those who otherwise may not have enjoyed it.
And the MAADA team enjoyed it as well, visiting the participating dealerships
to collect the toys and deliver them to the Marines for distribution.
